Best Practice Guidance adopted by Highways England

Recommendations from a best practice guide funded by Rees Jeffreys has been adopted by Highways England. Highways England have announced they will be adopting a low fertility topsoil approach on all new road schemes as advocated in Plantlife’s report on Managing Grassland Road Verges.
